I used to love my American Girl dolls to pieces. Until reading this I had almost completely forgotten about the company and had no idea they had new dolls in the works. And a Jewish girl no less! Cute cute cute.

Apparently a Jewish doll company in New Jersey — Gali Girls — actually does have an Asian Jewish doll. (yes, folks, adopted from China and actually made in China!)

I’m not sure how much it costs to celebrate the holy sabbath with her though – probably more because she keeps kosher.
