I knew my mom had jewish roots and found names in her tree, such as: Abraham, Wilder, Parker, etc. But was surprised to find it also on my dad's side, who is mostly Dutch! I found names such as Katz and Savage and have since learned a lot of people had to change their names for protection. I am so proud and thankful to have a jewish heritage and now all the comparisons to Sarah Jessica Parker don't bother me! :-) I’ve been working on my ancestry.
